About Ken Method

Ken Method was established in 2019 with the goal of being the top personal training team in Tribeca and ultimately NYC. Owner, Kenny Guzman, sought out to create a personal training business that truly took an individualized approach to achieving client success. Ken Method takes a deep dive into our client's exercise history, nutrition, and daily habits to create a program that enables a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Kenny and his team work with clients who are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, work around injuries, get ready for an event, and/or wanting guidance on creating a better exercise routine. 

We operate out of the Tribeca area but offer in-home services in all of Lower Manhattan. 

Meet the Team

Kenny Guzman
Owner/Lead Trainer

Kenny is a certified personal trainer in New York City and owner of Ken Method. While Kenny has a collegiate background in nutrition and exercise science he prides himself most on the thousands of hours he's spent training clients with different backgrounds and goals. Kenny believes every person has the ability to make exercise a sustainable part of their routine and it is through that belief that he's been able to help so many people reach their fitness, aesthetic and health related goals.

 

Whether you're a novice lifter, post-rehab athlete or looking to shed some pounds, you can expect superior programming, undivided attention, and most importantly, someone who is with you every step of the way. Outside of the gym, Kenny loves spending time exploring new places to hike and snowboarding during the winter months.

Josephine Wang
Nutrition Specialist / NASM Certified Personal Trainer 

Having been an athlete most of her life, Josephine has a passion for exercise and health. After graduating from McGill University where she obtained a B.Sc. in Sports Nutrition, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to help people reach their health goals and recognize their abilities. Like the Ken Method, she advocates for sustainable health and habits and uses her extensive knowledge in nutrition and exercise to figure out what works best for her clients! 

When Josephine is not at the gym, she likes to read , go on long walks with her dog , and experiment in the kitchen.
