Virtual Training

Virtual personal training gives those that prefer to meet via FaceTime, Skype, or other video chat software, the access to a great coach. It also enables clients that travel throughout the month and year, to continue training.  


Similar to an in-person experience, virtual training consist of hour long sessions where you’ll be guided through an individualized program centered around your goal. 


You’ll have the advantage of training from the comfort of your home, or apartment gym, while having my guidance and support.
